The Direto XR-T Home Trainer in detail:

• Direto Thanks to its new appearance, this trainer can accommodate long cage derailleurs and have better reach on a set of gears up to 12 speeds, making it compatible with 9/10/11 speed Shimano® and Shimano® cassettes. 12-speed road, Shimano® 12-speed MTB (with Micro Spline freewheel body, code 1014315), Campagnolo 9/10/11/12-speed (with freewheel body, code 1014233), SRAM NX 12-speed with a Shimano and SRAM 12-speed body (with code 1014279).
• Direto XR-T is the most precise trainer in the Elite catalog, thanks to the integrated power indicator, the OTS (Optical Torque Sensor). The power indicator allows the home trainer to directly measure the power supplied during your workouts with an accuracy of +/- 1.5%, one of the highest on the market.
• Direto XR-T is an interactive trainer and that's why it can automatically vary the resistance during your workout. With its flywheel, improved compared to previous models of the same line, Direto XR-T is able to simulate a difference in altitude that goes up to 24% maximum.
• Like all Elite direct transmission trainers, Direto XR-T is also completely interactive and communicates with all software via ANT+™ FE-C and Bluetooth. In no time, all you have to do is set up the route or training program and start cycling. Direto XR-T automatically changes the resistance and best manages the workout.

• All Elite home trainers immediately transmit power, speed and pedaling cadence data, thus establishing themselves as truly effective tools for developing a precise training plan and reproducing as much as possible the sensation of pedaling on the road. Cadence measurement is carried out using sensorless technology, i.e. without a sensor placed on the bike, and is calculated by Direto XR-T based on an analysis of the power supplied measured by the integrated OTS power sensor.
• Direto XR-T is one of the trainers compatible with Rizer, our slope simulator with steering. With Rizer you can simulate climbs and descents in real time, and train in a fully immersive way thanks also to the steering function, which allows you to move the handlebars as if you were facing a real climb.
• Pedaling analysis is a function available exclusively on the top-of-the-range models in the Elite interactive trainer catalog, which includes Direto XR-T. This allows you to visualize, using two different types of graph, the data measured by Direto XR-T, such as for example the value of the instantaneous power supplied during the entire pedaling period. This data thus allows the cyclist to carry out a complete evaluation of the mechanical efficiency of his action and, possibly, to intervene to improve and correct himself if necessary.
