Thanks to fine tuning of the aerodynamics, the racing bike stem ENVE  Aero optimizes the shape of the streamline and your riding position. You can increase your power up to 30 watts.

This stem was designed for road cyclists, triathletes and performance-oriented cyclists who want to improve aero performance without compromising on stiffness, comfort and world-class riding feel when fine-tuning their performance speed day after day.

The stem, developed in collaboration with the Dimension Data team, is adjustable in length and inclination: Thanks to adaptation inserts in the clamps, the angle of the stem can be adjusted between -7° and -17° throughout. maintaining the same length, or the length can be adjusted by +/- 2.5 mm while maintaining a tilt of -12.5°. This allows you to fine-tune the aerodynamic setting of your bike, while optimizing your riding position for maximum comfort and minimum air resistance, and ensuring better airflow at the front of the bike thanks to the absence of spacers.

ENVE Road Aero stem technologies

The aerodynamic development of the shape is based on state-of-the-art fluid mechanics (CFD) analyzes based on Smart Aero Technology software. Everything was refined in the Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 wind tunnel. The test results show that compared to the ENVE racing bike stem, on average it was necessary to deliver 0.6 watts less at a speed of 40 km/h. And in combination with its ideal partner, the ENVE SES Aero racing bike handlebar, it is possible to save an additional 5 W. Since 80-90% of the total air resistance is generated at the rider's own level, it is the riding position that provides the greatest savings. Adaptation via adapters reduces power consumption by 15 to 30 W. In order not to ruin the aerodynamic profile by the position of the bike computer, ENVE has developed a Garmin/Wahoo mount especially for this stem (sold separately).

The stem is made from unidirectional carbon fiber, allowing the solid construction to provide exceptional force transmission, a slim design, extra comfort and weight savings. The aluminum faceplate ensures a solid and reliable hold. The stem is completed with the corresponding cap.
